📦 Pickup Days:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | ⏰ 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

🔑 Registration & Bidding

• You must create an account to log in and bid. (MAKE SURE TO EMAIL A COPY OF DRIVER LICENCE OR ID THE ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE ACTIVATED UNTIL RECEIVED) Tamara@cedartowing.com

• A $100.00 holding fee is required to register — this ensures only serious bidders participate. (Will go back to the card it does NOT go towards the winning bid)

• The $100 is fully refundable and will be returned to your card within 2–8 business days if you do not win a lot.

• If you win a lot and fail to pay, the $100 will be forfeited and you may be banned from future auctions.

• This one-time fee applies only once per auction – additional bids do not incur another charge.

• Bids cannot be changed or canceled once placed.

• By placing a bid, you are entering a legally binding contract to purchase the item if you win.

📋 Vehicle Details & Inspection

• All vehicles are sold AS-IS.

• Cedar Towing does not inspect vehicles and makes no guarantees on condition or mechanical issues.

• Please use Carfax or similar services to research vehicle history.

• Vehicles may not be inspected in person at this time.

• Please review videos and photos carefully. Some files only show the vehicle attempting to start — not necessarily running or driving.

• Not all vehicles are drivable or complete; evaluate condition based on media provided.

• Some lots are sold as third-party sales and are clearly labeled (e.g., “Lot 23 – Third-Party Sale”). These are also sold AS-IS.

📃 Paperwork & Title

• Sale paperwork is provided at pickup.

• Take paperwork to the DMV after inspection to receive your title by mail.

  • You're required to register a vehicle with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety (DMV) within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • If registration issues, or if you invest time or money (like installing parts) into the vehicle, then "Cedar" (presumably the seller or a related party) is not responsible for any resulting problems.

• If you need to change the buyer name:

  • A separate account must be created for the new buyer.

  • Email Tamara@cedartowing.com at least 24 hours before pickup.

  • A $50.00 transfer fee applies and can only be processed at time of sale.

💵 Payment & Fees

• CASH ONLY at pickup – do not pay online with credit/debit cards.

• Winning bidders will receive an invoice via email after the auction ends.

• All lots must be paid for in full the same day they are picked up.

• You may pick up lots on different days, but all payments must be made together.

• Pickup is by appointment only – call (612) 721-6646. Without an appointment, wait times may exceed 2 hours.

Additional Fees:

• $10.00 paperwork fee per lot

• Key charges vary (see lot description; keys start vehicle only)

• $100.00 process fee per lot if you win but fail to pay by the pickup deadline

  • This fee is not added to your invoice, but will be charged and may result in lost bidding privileges.
